You acknowledge that physical training involves inherent risks. It is your responsibility to consult a qualified medical professional before participating in any fitness or conditioning program.

All fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is listed in the applicable currency at the time of booking and may be subject to applicable taxes.

PRIMALSPAWNCAMP reserves the right to suspend access to services for overdue or declined payments.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled program start date. Approved refunds may be subject to administrative processing fees.

No refunds will be granted for missed sessions, voluntary withdrawal after program commencement, or failure to comply with program requirements unless required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRIMALSPAWNCAMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to other participants, staff, or the integrity of PRIMALSPAWNCAMP.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which PRIMALSPAWNCAMP operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
